We are a manufacturer of gas hoses, plastic pipes and related products. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising networks on this site.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: when you submit an inquiry form we receive the name, company, country, email address, phone number and message you choose to enter, together with any drawing or specification file you attach.
Information collected automatically: like most web servers we log the IP address, browser type, referring page, requested URL and timestamp of each request. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic statistics.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.
3. Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on an order — this is the primary purpose and the reason the form exists.
To keep the site running and secure: diagnosing errors, blocking abusive traffic and measuring which pages are useful.
To comply with legal obligations such as tax, customs and export-control record keeping where an order is placed.
We do not use your inquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site and the business: our hosting provider, our email provider and — where an order is placed — freight forwarders, customs brokers and inspection bodies that need the shipping details.
Each of these receives only what is necessary for its task. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so by a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting order, and normally no longer than 36 months after the last contact.
Where an order has been placed, commercial documents are retained for the period required by Chinese accounting, tax and customs rules.
Server access logs are rotated and deleted on a short cycle, typically within 90 days.
6. Where the data is stored
This website and its inquiry records are hosted on servers located in mainland China. If you contact us from outside China, your information will be transferred to and processed in China for the purposes described above.
