Nanjing Minzu Plastic (Group) Co., Ltd. has spent more than fifty years researching, developing and producing plastic pipes. The company has been named a Nanjing Star Enterprise and a Jiangsu Provincial Star Enterprise, and has held the Contract-Abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise title for over thirty consecutive years.
We run ISO 9001:2015 quality, ISO 14001:2015 environmental and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management systems, with 6S practice on the shop floor and full traceability from resin batch to shipping carton.

Incoming inspection
Resin and steel strip checked against the batch certificate before anything is run.
Pelletizing & extrusion
Compounding, then continuous extrusion of the inner tube to the wall thickness on the drawing.
Steel wire braiding
Braiding or armour winding over the core, tension held constant along the full length.
Assembly & crimping
Brass fittings machined in-house, then mechanically crimped — no glue joints anywhere.
Pressure test & QC
Every gas hose is pressure tested; dimensions and print checked against the sample.
Packing & shipment
Coil, film, carton or pallet — packed for sea freight and labelled to your part numbers.
